Autumn is a time for turning inward. It is a time to let go and cultivate deep peace. Join us for an evening of gentle yoga, meditation, and relaxation to the nourishing sounds of the live cello. We will enjoy forward bends to support an inward focus, gentle twists to release tension, and supported backbends to create space in our hearts. The evening will end with deep relaxation to nourish us at all levels.
